Professor Shahriyārī trained a large number of students while he himself was quite young. I once took stock of his academic statistics and saw that up to that point he had already supervised thirty masters’ theses. In other words, Professor Shahriyārī had trained thirty masters of nuclear engineering. This is a very large number for a young professor and speaks to his incredible stamina, commitment, and resolve.
