After the incident everyone gathered around in our home. Majīd’s bodyguard was absent. He felt ashamed that he was not able to do anything to prevent what had taken place. My daughter asked about him. When she heard that he had not shown up she said to find him and to tell him that she will not touch her food until he comes. When I heard this story, my body shivered. [I thought,] “Dearest daughter! Where were you brought up that made you act in this way under such trying circumstances!? These are all indications of God’s mercy and Grace.”
