There was a professor of mathematics in Amīr Kabīr University by the name of Dr. Yamīnī who taught upper division mathematics. The highest grade that the students had been able to obtain from him was 13. One day in class he asked, “Who is Shahriyārī?” When Majīd made himself known, Dr. Yamīnī said, “Well done! Until now, no one had gotten a grade of 18 in my class. I shall [therefore] give you a 20!”
